A Recent Thank You Note

We received another fantastic Thank You email last week! This time, our stationery stole the show :)

We received a very thoughtful thank you card from Sherrie & Howard today!  Their gorgeous wedding took place in September and we were very excited to hear from them!

We just received a very nice Thank You card from Christina & John who were married at the Camden Aquarium on September 10th.  Becky and Erin had a great time coordinating the many moving parts to their fabulous wedding day and we're thrilled that Christina & John were as happy with the final result as we were!  Congrats to the new Mr. and Mrs. Burns and thanks for the kind words :)

A Thank You Note

Dear Proud to Plan,

We cannot thank you enough for all you did to make our wedding day unforgettable.

TJ, the paper goods were beautiful and matched PERFECTLY with our invitations and colors! We received many, many compliments from our guests. 

Erin, knowing you were there every step of the way was so comforting.  I can honestly say that I (and my parents, too!) enjoyed every single second of our wedding and I know that's due in large part to you! A special thanks for all of your help at the end of the night with my father-in-law.  He's on the mend, thankfully, and Ed and I definitely have an appreciation for the "in sickness and health" part of our vows!

Please pass along our sincere thanks to Nicole and Becky for all of their help as well.

A Thank You Note

Here is a thank you note from one of our recent weddings at Cescaphe.  Krista was the Lead Coordinator, Annemarie was the assistant and Erin just helped with planning and stationery details...

Hi Erin & Krista
     Just wanted to Thank You for an amazing job done.  Shelly and Brett's wedding was absolutely wonderful and everything turned out fantastic.  From our first phone conversation, meetings, stationary selection to the rehearsal and wedding there was an enormous amount of details that you put all in order which allowed us to enjoy this special experience.  You had an answer for any question I had and really calmed the anxiety of putting a wedding together. Your services for any Bride would be highly recommended but as Mother of the Bride having you as Day of Coordinator, which by far is more than just a Day Of, was the best decision I made in this entire event.  Your expertise was immeasurable.  The Cescaphe remarked how they enjoy working with you as well as the photographer and band. 

     Krista, Thank you also you did a wonderful job. You handled those last minute changes of putting the candles in the centerpieces and seating our guest who we thought was coming after dinner with ease and Church ran so smoothly also.

     The honeymooners will be home this evening, they are having a great time.  I hope you saw some of Shelly's pictures on Facebook she smiled the whole day.  Have a Happy Holiday and again I THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.

You are amazing! Melissa and Brett's wedding was absolutely perfect. I have never been to a wedding that went so smoothly and was so beautiful. You did such a terrific job, from keeping the groomsmen in line, to having the organization and timing of everything spot on. The DJ you recommended was also unbelievable. Between the two of you every one knew exactly what and when everything was happening. I don't think anyone missed a thing. I wish I could relive it all though, it was so wonderful and went by so quickly! You chose the perfect career. You do an incredible job. Thanks too for fixing my toe. I knew I could count on you!

We Love Thank You's!

We love receiving thank you's from our clients! Here is one from one of our weddings this past weekend!

Erin-

We had a very special day yesterday thanks in great part to the teamwork of Danielle and Leslie. They decorated the pavillion and gazebo area beautifully and stayed on top of many details throughout the day. As we prepared to leave they had almost everything packed up and ready to go and in the car. Many of our guests commented on how smoothly things went and our officiant said she has never received so much detail prior to the event and how helpful that was for planning. Other than a few raindrops we evaded the showers and now we are eagerly awaiting the pictures and video! Thanks again Danielle, Leslie and you for making our day stress free!
